Result Reporting
At ALcontrol Laboratories we understand the importance of results and their delivery at the earliest opportunity to enable customers to have the confidence to act. Furthermore, we believe in returning results to our customers as soon as possible in a format that works for them such as:
- Various formats of hard copy reports
- Electronic reports
- Reports with customer specific limits which highlight any out of specification results
- Real time results via AMIS system
We can offer a choice of paper certificate formats in order to aid record keeping. Out of specification reports can also be sent by a variety of means and supported by procedures of escalation where required.
ALcontrol also offers its industry-leading electronic reporting system, AMIS (ALcontrol Management Information System). It is an Excel based system that allows customers to record sample details, receive results, manipulate data and store information.
Customers enter sample details into the system on a simple registration sheet and assign the required analysis. Customer registration is quick, easy and ensures accuracy and continuity of customer data. The file can be sent to the laboratory ahead of the samples facilitating sample processing on arrival and the prompt return of results.
AMIS allows customers to view results as soon as they are available from the laboratory. Results for individual tests are released as soon as the method allows, facilitating positive release. The result files automatically upload saving time-consuming transcription of results and eradicating errors.
AMIS has many functions that give the customer the ability to easily manipulate and trend data. Reports , including UKAS certificates, can be produced according to selection criteria which can be varied in order to obtain the information required.
