Customer Services and Logistic Support
As a market leader, we have always provided substantial support to our clients, whether for technical, interpretative or logistical requirements. Our Customer Service team works closely with the technical Sales team and Account Managers to provide personal attention to all our clients, with an allocated Project Coordinator as the main point of contact. For more in depth technical advice, the experienced chemists in our Technical Development Team are also available.
We provide training seminars, covering a wide range of topics, plus Customer Forums on specific projects or product launches. Our Account Managers are always available to visit customer offices to give demonstrations of @mis or provide information and interpretation of the data we provide.
Email Updates
Technical Updates and Laboratory Updates are also emailed to many of our customers on a frequent basis – please contact your Project Coordinator, Account Manager or the Sales team if you would like to be included in this distribution group.
On-line services
Our on-line client interface @mis, now available to all our clients in the UK, enables you to check the progress of your data 24/7, to order containers and collections, and to schedule your samples from site. Click on IT solutions for more details.
